Cách sử dụng mẫu câu I'm happy to
Khi chúng ta cảm thấy hạnh phúc, ta vẫn thường hay chia sẻ "I'm so happy" hay "I'm happy". Nếu hôm qua bạn thấy hạnh phúc, hãy nói "I was happy yesterday". "To" là trợ từ được đặt sau "happy" có nghĩa là "thật hạnh phúc, thật vui khi làm gì". Ở thì quá khứ thì ta dùng "I was happy to.."

Mở rộng happy
Khi thay "lucky" cho "happy", câu sẽ là "I'm lucky to meet you" nghĩa là "Em rất may mắn khi được gặp anh". Ví dụ: I'm lucky toi get married to my wife", nghĩa là "Tôi rất may mắn khi được cưới bà nhà tôi"
